Tempey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Alabama, specializing in the art of personal transformation and racial healing. As a Black, queer womxn, she leverages her lived and professional experiences as a therapist, facilitator, and travel social worker to support those most impacted by oppression and systemic racism.
Her holistic approach integrates clinical frameworks like EMDR, DBT, and CBT with somatic, intuitive, and ancestral practices to foster both individual and collective evolution. Guided by the philosophy of "teaching by being," Tempey serves as a dedicated partner for individuals and organizations navigating their most challenging moments of growth and change.
Rachael K Sharp,

Rachael K Sharp is an artist and facilitator dedicated to social and racial justice. She is passionate about community based creativity, healing, and transformation. Her dynamic style ignites the imagination and invites courage and vulnerability, connection and possibility. Rachael is currently a professor of theatre and social justice at Metropolitan State University and Aurora Community College.
She co-founded Creative Strategies for Change (CSC), an arts and justice organization, serving in an array of roles for more than a decade. The Social Imagination series is one of her cornerstone programs emerging from her graduate work at NYU, including a TEDx presentation and community activation.
Makēda Gershenson is the Founder of Mosaics in the Making. Her key areas of expertise include Coaching & Education, Social Emotional Learning and Emotional Intelligence. Makēda is certified as an emotional intelligence educator, academic coach for teens and a digital behavioral coach.
Makēda is also a professional performer, having traveled internationally to perform both music and dance. Some of her New York musical venues include the Delacorte Theatre and Carnegie Hall. Makēda received dual degrees from Stanford University as well as a Masters in Education from the Stanford Graduate School of Education.

Mark Travis Rivera is an award-winning storyteller, creative entrepreneur, and the CEO and Founder of The Professional Storyteller, where he leverages the power of narrative to foster a more inclusive world. A Puerto Rican queer man living with cerebral palsy, Rivera has broken significant barriers in the arts, including founding the marked dance project at age 17 and becoming the first physically disabled Latinx choreographer to participate in Ballet Hispanico’s Instituto Coreográfico.
Beyond the stage, he is an accomplished writer and global diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant who has addressed prestigious institutions like Harvard, MIT, and NYU. His dedication to social justice and equity has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Audre Lorde Award for Social Justice and the Campus Pride National Voice & Action Award.

In 2019 he joined the team of OVP Management Consulting Group as a consultant and resilience coach working with organizations like the California Department of Public Health and the Delaware Department of Labor. In this role he coaches clients from a variety of backgrounds through leadership challenges, hiring, interview prep, discrimination in life and the workplace, how to implement DEIJ and more. “Of all the things I’ve gotten paid to do, Coaching is the most fulfilling” In addition, in this role and independently he’s consulted organizations on a variety of issues including management, employee engagement and scaling for growth.
