Our Heart & Healing-Centered Education is a professional and personal development experience designed to help you bring your full humanity into your practice. Grounded in the Sweet Water Pedagogy—a recipe of Mind, Body, Spirit, and Heart—we facilitate a process of "Diligent Empathy" to examine the beliefs and biases that shape our interactions.This immersive journey equips educators and leaders with practical, sustainable tools to move past burnout and cultivate inclusive environments where every community member has the space to belong and thrive.

Restorative Practice & Community Peacemaking:


We view Restorative Practice (also known as Restorative Justice) as a commitment to repairing the relational harm caused when and before conflict occurs, rather than relying on punitive or exclusionary measures. Drawing on Indigenous-rooted peacemaking traditions, we facilitate restorative circles and workshops that prioritize high levels of accountability and deep listening. By using affective language and centering the voices of those impacted, we help organizations move from a place of disconnection to one of deep resonance, ensuring every member can participate in the restoration of the collective.

Second Circles:

As a certified practitioner with the Kahakulei Institute, Joshua Abiazar facilitates Second Circle sessions to promote trust, reintegration, and profound appreciation within groups. This methodology centers on "Individuation"—the process where sharing our true stories allows us to see one another’s individual qualities rather than stereotypic labels.These circles create a space for cross-cultural truth-telling without "tiptoeing" around difficult experiences, allowing the group to leverage its collective wisdom to achieve sustainable social change.

Coaching & Development:

Our Transformative Coaching provides a reflective space for executives, founders, and change-makers to navigate complexity without losing their sense of self. Integrating somatic practices and a holistic anthropological lens, we support you in "metabolizing change" and aligning your daily actions with your deepest values. Identity-Centered Strategy & Cultural Transformation

This service acts as a laboratory for Identity-Centered Strategy, where we design bespoke projects that address the specific cultural needs of your team, using tools such as the A Call To Men "Live Respect" curriculum. By exploring "Toxic Masculinity" and its cycle of consequences, we help men and boys replace rigid social norms with a healthy, respectful definition of manhood. Whether through our "Wounded Healer" framework or identity-affirmation workshops, we treat your heritage and lived experience as a primary site for organizational transformation and collective resilience.
